I have been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years and have extensive experience helping first-time homebuyers and large-scale business owners with all of their home financing needs. Many of my clients stay with me as their families grow, and I've had the pleasure of helping their children finance homes, too. I can help with first-time home buyers looking to buy manufactured homes, and I can also help develop comprehensive mortgage plans for real estate investors. My portfolio and experience really run the gamut of everything imaginable, including trusts, LLCs, Sub S, and 1031 exchanges. I studied Business Administration at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and received a mini MBA certification from their Crummer Graduate School of Business. I am a lifelong student continuing to study the intricacies of Real Estate Finance/Underwriting and Business/Law.
I'm a former board member of the Smith Mountain Lake Rotary Foundation and serve on the Economic Development Committee of the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS® Affiliates. I'm active in the church and love water sports, a good (or bad) game of golf, driving on race tracks, chess, and spending time with my family, friends, and clients.
